"Cute hotel in a great location"

Really enjoyed this small independently owned hotel! The room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom seemed new too. We really liked the location, plenty of cafes within walking distance. I think it’s really good value for money.

"Goods and bads"

Great location and good room size

The floor is not very clean I saw random hairs and dust bunnies. The water pressure for shower is pretty bad and the mattress could be softer. And more lighting in the room would be great. They did not give us more toilet paper after making the room, needed to ask for more.

"Lovely quiet stay just outside the heart of chiang mai."

The place is clean, in a quiet location surrounded by locals but only a very short walk to the main part. The owner was incredibly kind and even let us heat up food we made in a cooking class. The room was lovely and looks exactly like the pictures. One of our favourite places we’ve stayed in Thailand!
