"Far from feeling home"

The building looked nice.

Even tho the room was nice, the sun was hitting straight to the room, and the AC was very strong with no options to out the fan down. The TV in the room is huge but is not working. The room was nice but need it a bit more attention to some details and could be way cleaner. Was hard to sleep due the sun facing the room (and also if you opened the courtains you cannot have any privacy so a bit tricky). Also no one explained anything on the arrival about using the common spaces (there is a lobby and garden but no one was ever there... I felt it more in a museum). They don't have credit card and the man at the reception does not speak english and he was far from nice and helpfull (I felt really bad to be honest and it was not a nice interaction). I regret having booking in there. You can find many other places in Chiang Mai even cheaper and better quality. I did not felt confortable.
