"Not meeting my expectation as described."

Location was good. Easy access, many restaurants and convenience stores. The room is spacious and fit up to 6 pax. Owner gave us extra single mattress.

Not very clean. The wall in bad condition.The towels and bedsheet smelly. Same goes to bathroom. TV not functioning.

1. Quiet location at night & easy to get food. 2. Specious room and good size of bathroom c/w toilet.

1. Booked at about 6 pm at Alor Setar before depart and sent a message through the application mentioned I will reach at 2 am. 2. Arrived at about 1 am in front the hotel. 3. No reception are working. 4. Mobile number provided, call nobody answering. 5. WhatsApp was not replied. 6. Waited for about ½ hour, owner of the hotel call saying that the latest check-in time was 7 pm. 7. Why Booking.com still allow us to make our booking for 6 hours journey from booking location till hotel if the owner limited the check-in time by before 7 pm everyday???
