As an aged group we really struggled to bring our suitcases to first floor. No assistance available. Neither were we informed about loc of rooms on 1st flr.

spacious room. easy parking

both room and bathroom were dusty, got quite a lot 'tahi cicak', bathroom was smelly, bedsheets got hairs. No proper place to put towel in bathroom. It was unpleasant and not comfortable especially for my elderly parent which need special care. Honestly, i never check in hotel with poor cleanliness like this before.
