Location

Parts of the room looked like they were not cleaned before arrival. Pool was dirty. Room was not serviced, had to ask for it to be done.

No breakfast

No one at reception, all done on the phone, no personal touch. No milk provided, phoned reception/management to get some milk, told see what we can do, no milk or explanation. Very poor.

Location is great.

Bathroom not clean. Vanity tap came off in hand, only one tap worked in vanity No water in toilet, so could not flush toilet. Shower barely enough water coming out. Tried calling for service but unable to reach anyone by phone. Fluorescent bed light missing tube..Wish I had taken photos. Wasn't worth $150.00 for one night.
