"Met basic requirements for my needs"

Poor water pressure in the shower Plastic and a bread clip on the floor Access to toaster and microwave, but crockery and cutlery only sufficient for tea and coffee making.

"Quiet and accessible with a friendly reception attendant"

The reception attendant was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable as we where on a budget.

I felt that things where old and delapidated. Stains on the carpet, the grout on the walls in the shower was dirty. The TV was on a bench where you couldn't see it very well from the bed, should have been on the wall

It felt run down and the single bed had 8 folded blankets under the mattress to support the sunken mattress.
