All rooms have no air conditioning, it's extremely hot in the room which makes it very hard to sleep.

Beautiful location right at the lake , ample parking , clean rooms . Welcoming staff

The breakfast needs complete change , it’s fairly basic . They should include more variety and make it more presentable. Currently it’s a setup on smalls corner.

Nice location and very good view from the restaurant. The room is clean and comfortable . Nice breakfast. We enjoy our walk along the lakeshore after dinner.

Will be great if the balcony is a bit bigger and with chairs to sit in the morning.

Everything! Such a nice helpful friendly team and the location is perfect for so many things loved this hotel! It’s also got some history and it shows…in a good way one of the nice things was the ‘honesty bar’ where (amongst other things) you can fill up your water bottle with ice & water-perfect 👌🏻 Lovely plentiful breakfast and it has a nice little outdoor pool where the grass is full of pollinating insects minding their own business! Towels available. Definitely recommended

Nothing at all

Very nice stay and a very big and comfy room, you can take the ferry right outside the front of the hotel to Luzern and the town is nice, this was a very nice experience! There was a lot of flies in the dining room and the staff didn‘t do anything against it, some staff was very nice but the receptionist was not the most welcoming. Would book again when visiting Luzern:))

Location is great, the rooms are very well appointed, nice work.

The restaurant, much flies, I asked and they said that they can’t do anything about the flies, which is absurd, really disturbing. We were inside due to rain, I’m sure if outside the flies problem wouldn’t be there.
