Pillows and the mattress are too soft.

The property is beautiful, next to the lake Luzern, very picturesque! The hotel is bleak and very well organized. The staff are amazing, great service, amazing variety breakfast with fresh eggs directly from kitchen.

None I would like to stay more time !

Exceptional location, directly at the lake. Terrace, excellent for a relaxing meal or drink. ( The weather was fantastic for the days I was there. 28*c ,sunny.) Room, especially the shower. Walkable for the train station. The staff were all very friendly. Lunch menus.

Room wasn't ready until 16.00. Exchange rate meant it was expensive (but not the hotel's fault..most things in Switzerland seem expensive)

The breakfast was disappointing with a limited choice.

The choices at breakfast could be a lot better and the staff could/should be more friendly. My partner also slipped over in the shower. The shower floor sloped down and got very slippery. Luckily my partner didn’t do herself any real damage but was sore for a few days afterwards.,

We were there to do some bike tours but the hotel did not have a secure place we could keep our bikes so we had to store our bikes inside our car for the night which was not optimal. I am sure they could have found a locked room to store or allowed us to keep them in our rooms. the other thing we didn't like was that every night there were people just outside the hotel partying. The first night this went on till 4 in the morning.

The hotel was really beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect—right by the lake, which made the stay even more special. The staff were friendly and professional. It was an excellent experience overall, and I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful rooms, and bathrooms. Lovely location. Very clean.

Minor - towels could of been bigger (bath towels)

If you're open to a brief journey from Luzern to Küssnacht (14 KM/20 min) by train, car, or even boat, this is an ideal place to stay in the region. It is more affordable than hotels in Luzern, even when factoring in the cost of train tickets for local travel, and the scenery is stunning. One side offers a view of Lake Lucerne with Mt Pilatus in the distance, while the other side features Mt Rigi. The hotel is luxurious and well-maintained. The breakfast and restaurant, especially the wine selection, were excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

There isn't much to say. Perhaps it's worth noting that the hotel did not have a staffed reception desk, in the classic way, but employees were always present and offered assistance.
