Nothing! It was disgusting stay

Bad customer service, upon requesting 100 times the staff wasn’t changing the room, sheets were dirty and stinking, the ac wasn’t working

The property itself was not on same name which is listed, and it’s not as same luxurious as looking in images posted on booking.com , not very clean , bathroom shower was totally not working . I paid extra for early check in a still has to wait for my original room in very compact room

Nothing was likable. Even the hotel's name is a proxy. It's called Chanakya Hotel although listed as Delhi Hotel Citizen.

Everything. They even overcharged me a small amount.

The staff was polite and well mannered..The rooms were neat and clean..They were well maintained..Food we ordered was really delicious..

Its proximity to the airport, staff and the hotel being super value for money. In-house taxi is available at reasonable price for drop-off to the airport (24x7).

Location was great with option for shopping, The hotel has ample sun light in the room, well maintained and has easy access by road. Great for family and safe area with many options in hotel restaurant, any assistance is required just talk to their friendly receptionist. Very pleasant Very helpful, friendly staff, superbly helpful attentive to your happiness, very knowledgeable and humble. The cleanliness of this hotel is good and hygiene.

Little noisy on street otherwise all good

Well it did exist and there was a bed, at least it's not a scam. Staff was pretty friendly.

It looked nothing like the photos, but honestly, I expected it and just needed to stay for a night due to a layover. It worked for that, though the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the bedding was ripped and stained, bathroom lights didn't work, the lights in the room were constantly flickering and turning on and off, and there was almost no water in the bathroom either, but as I said, it's India and I just needed to sleep. What made me give it 2 stars is that they took my confirmation number and pin and left a fake review under my name, which is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. So be aware that most of the reviews here are fake and if they do the same with you, contact Booking customer service and you can then change the review.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4 ( including 2 kids ) as we have stayed room number 302 it's a big in size suite room sufficient for our family members, plenty of space with prompt service, secure, spacious parking with an affordable price, nothing to complain will stay here for next time,near to airport and metro station you can go by metro also from airport, many payment options to pay, all channels are available on tv, bed is cosy and comfortable and surprisingly quiet and close to international airport.
