there was nothing good about this property how does booking.com list these properties there is no criteria for you to how to list properties

the room condition was pathetic. washbasin in bathroom was in bad condition the soaps and shampoos are of inferior quality the towels bedsheets were so dirty looked like as if 20 years old. torn and stinky. the curtain were broken. the wall were dirty the staff opens the door while guest is inside the breakfast is bad there is no room service for food that is listed in their menu except bread rice daal and potatoes
