The pillow cover and the bed sheet looked like it was changed. there were 2-3 long hair. no soap provided . the staff was very rude. they demanded payment to check-in where as it was not mentioned anywhere. The receptionist said it’s a hotel policy and when asked to show the policy he very rudely said I make the policies as when I like it. He asked me to cancel the stay if I don’t wish to make payment before I check-in and it was 12AM. this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. making an advance payment is not an issue but it has to be mentioned on booking.com or the hotel needs to show it on paper with the policies. Also when I made the payment and asked for the bill he dint provide and said we will give the bill only after the stay is complete which is ridiculous keeping in mind that they asked me to make 100% advance payment .
