Nothing it was an horrible experience,

Staff was not at all courteous or helpful. Even the Basic necessities of a Mineral Water was not there, providing only tap filled water, No toiletries were provided, on insistence provided a very miniscule soap. Even food on order was a big No to every small thing asked for.

Cleanliness Staff Comfortable bed

Shower wasn't working 😭 The distance. It's not your fault. I found it really far and booked the accommodation by mistake.

Just the location

Initially, the room which was given smelt very bad. After complaining, room was changed but the room was not clean. Sheet were clearly not changed. For room service, each request needs to be repeated atleast 2 times to be fulfilled. Won't be staying at this property again.

Nothing, so poorly managed that i need to checkout early

It's just a day hotel nothing more than that.

The staff were cooperative. The stay was comfortable. It is clean and hygienic.
