The front Desk Staff: Bhanu Pratap Pandey and Abhishek were really nice, efficient and customer friendly. The hotel has great location and is good for family.

they and you people took the money in advance and cancel the booking either by you or hotel on the day if checkins which creates lot of inconvenience and problem to me and my entire team , so so unprofessional, even i would say fraud, as you taken the money but dint even refund back till now , after cancelling the booking from your own end .
