They took advance from us to block the room and when we reached there they said we are running fab chain we have no booking update from fab- even after showing the gpay payment record and the sales person chat we had before booking. We had to leave the premise with my old mom searching for another property to stay. Please please do not stay in this hotel - they are heartless. No humanity.
