Everything it’s an amazing hotel and never disappointed

Breakfast was poor!! Very poor buffet selection and cooked breakfast served on very cold plates.

The room was grubby, the towels were grubby also the shower area was mouldy, there was no dressing table with a mirror, no SEALED BOTTLED water, no fridge or safe. The evening meal soup was slim and the food in general was ok, no one asked why so much food was not being eaten, and my main battered fish was tasteless, we’ll not be back unless there is an overhaul in the future.

It was cosey and had a nice atmosphere. I felt comfortable here.

No designated parking.

Service in restaurant poor especially on first night. Arrived first night went for dinner food expensive and not value for money. Breakfast first morning no information given about menu choices. Ordered muesli with fruit and honey fruit never arrived. No jam/ Marmalade set out on breakfast table had to ask. No tomato or mushrooms available with cooked breakfast despite shop adjacent to hotel. One of the bath towels had x 2 holes in it. Bath had mastick over exposed metal. Shower needed deep clean of grout ( this was the superior room). Found labels for room service on second day which had been placed in bedside table. Wouldn’t put this hotel in a Botique class.

This was the 4th time we have stayed here we love the hotel
