"A most enjoyable first stay at The Hillyard. The close proximity to the beautiful forest park is a bonus."

A good sized comfortable room. Bathroom with bath and separate shower. Lovely dining room and bar. Food was really excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Room decor could benefit from a refresh but very clean.

Excellent quality food and service in restaurant, would return here for this reason.

Room cold, though staff assisted and turned up heating from reception. Bed uncomfortable as it was two singles pushed together . Long wait when checking in, nobody available when checking out.
