The lodge is perfectly located, the yard is beautiful

The linen was in bad condition

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant bar and excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. We felt very welcome. Our unit was cosy and comfortable despite the thunderstorms on the night that we stayed. It was well equipped. The unit was big enough for us to sort out all our gear for our rest of our trip and our covered parking space was right next to us. It is close to a shopping mall with supermarket to stock up with supplies before visiting game reserves. The grounds of the lodge provided some early “birding” as we began our trip. We will return on future trips.

The place was clean and staff was friendly.

The shower head in our room was broken so it felt like a hose down when taking a shower.

The bed too hard

We had a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

I could not shower as I have a problem with my leg and getting in and out of a bath is not the easiest especially as there was no nonslip mat in the bath.

Hier hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage liegt zwar außerhalb von Newcastle mit einem schönen Grundstück mit See und Swimmingpool. Der Garten mit seinen schönen Bäumen und Pflanzen versetzte uns nach Florida. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und erfüllte jeden Wunsch. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und war ausreichend.

Beautiful property, great facilities, id recommend that anyone who values comfort, convenience and nature to stay there

I checked in a bit late and checked out late and the hosts weren't very pleasant about that in particular, especially when I checked out....but that was resolved. Comfortable beds and great facilities can be hard to leave
