GBThe room was massive,spotless and the bed very comfortable. Great Central location,within walking distance to shops and places to eat.
Only negative I have is the size of the television in the room probably the same size as a small lap top screen but that aside would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the area.

No breakfast available, on a bank holiday in Dalbeattie few places open for food. Despite running hot water for some time only tepid throughout stay. However radiator on bathroom did come on in mornings to warm the bathroom.

No breakfast. No heating on at any time. Sash windows kept banging noisily with the wind during the night and noisy being only single glass and above a bus stop and a main road. I had to cut up cardboard to stuff it into gags in the sash windows to stop the banging to get some sleep.
