Yes there was a little bit of down stairs noise from the bar but i wasn't going to be there and by the time I got back from the function I was attending the bar was closed and all quiet

GBGBGBGBThe rooms were larger than expected, very clean and pleasant to stay in with friendly staff who were very accommodating making sure we were comfortable. There was adequate sound proofing that helped mitigate the sounds of downstairs and outside. Very much liked how I was able to book a room on the same day within a couple of hours of our arrival.
I didn't like the fact that the "double bed" was more literal that previously expected and instead was just two single mattresses put together. During the night's sleep there was an edge in between the two single mattress which became quite uncomfortable to sleep on at points. The other main issue was the internet that was provided first was only accessible from the main hallway so if you wanted to connect to the internet that was the only option. Second the signal from the wi-fi didn't reach the double bed in the room unless the mobile device was held next to the wall towards the door. Had a bit of trouble finding the B&B and actually missed the building before realizing you had to go into the bar in order to access the hotel side, more clear signing/information on the website would be appreciated.
