The lady who runs this place is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The room was a perfect location to have as base for the day between arriving from Hanoi and the morning and catching the night train at Ninh Binh station . The latter is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room and facilities were spotless.

We only wanted this room whilst waiting for the overnight train. The host was accommodating and the room was very clean, comfortable and provided exactly what we needed for our short stay. Would recommend if you need good, clean basic accommodation .

Amazing stay, host was very accommodating to our 5am check in and even let us leave our bags after check out so we could comfortably explore the town before leaving. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had full amenities. They were able to help us with laundry and even gave us good local recommendations for food and activities.

Handy location 2 minutes from the train station. The rooms are very good. They will help you rent a bicycle. You can pay by card.

The staff & their kids are shouting up & down the stairs until 11PM so it’s hard to get an early night. They agreed to wash some clothes but kept them all day & gave them back dirty.
