Ninh Binh Central Hotel

Nice clean and spacious room. I arrived 1.30 am, which I didn't knew, si I had not booked a room. But they let me sleep in a room for free that night and gave my room next day. The owner was very kind and helpful and booked bustickett for me.

Everything was fine

We arrived on a sleeper bus from Hoi An at 3am. Our bus dropped us right outside and we called our host at Central Hotel who let us in. It’s also just outside the train station. She helped us carry (very heavy) luggage up the stairs. Bed was comfy, room very clean and hosts very accommodating and helpful. Room had air con and fan. We slept very well. We ate breakfast at the Hotel which was priced very reasonably and a lot of nice vegetarian options. For a nights stay, drinks and breakfast for two we paid £13. Very welcoming and lovely!

No lift, but otherwise perfect!

Owner of hotel was very friendly and helpful. Organised all my excursions while in Ninh Binh Very good value for money and includes a choice of breakfasts as well Ideally located just up from train station Very quiet neighbourhood, but enough places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk Highly recommended.

Nothing I can think of

This was the perfect little hotel for what we needed after getting off a sleeper bus. Check in staff were so helpful and they helped us organise our trip to all of the ninth binh hot spots. The beds were also super comfy, room was spacious and bathroom was really nice.

Nothing negative to say about the actual hotel but we didn’t realise the location was a little bit out of the main town where everything happens.

We stayed here for 2 nights before an evening train. It was a 2 minute walk from the station and there are plenty of places to eat on the doorstep. It was clean, comfortable and the host was excellent. She was so helpful and thoughtful and our stay included breakfast.We walked to the town in 15 mins and found the area very friendly. The children love to practice their English with travellers and while we were waiting for the train there were so many eager youngsters who have been brought by parents who will come and ask to talk to you for a while.

For the money you pay no complaints at all.

Convenience of location, train station and plenty of food nearby. Affordable price for food and drinks. Motorbike rental. Helpful owner. Big room.

Air con was a little weak sometimes. At least room had a fan.

The mattress was really soft and comfortable. Clean room. Good location.

We were really disappointed by the time of checkIn. It was stated on booking website that checking was at 12, however in fact they told us to wait until 2pm. Another upsetting thing was that they didn’t give the 3rd blanket (the third person joined shortly after we checked in) When we called and asked for one more duvet the landlady told us quite rudely “Two beds - two duvets”
