The Marbella

Trevor was super helpful before arrival and during our stay to answer any questions we had. The room (201) was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The freezer/fridge combo was just enough space to keep food in there. The freezer did keep our items frozen.

The only con I would say is the pull out couch bed was not very comfortable for adults. My 2 kids however didn’t mind.

No body wash!

Overall, a nice place to stay, easy access to the beach, can hear the ocean from the room, I would maybe stay here again.

I would have preferred a secondary form of lock to use at night, being a solo female, even just one of the chain locks or a deadbolt. The door also does not lock behind you like a normal hotel because there are no key cards, just a code, so if you don't lock it behind you, it is open for anyone to walk in, which is exactly what happened to me while I was here. A MALE STRANGER walked into my room! The floor had quite a bit of sand, like the room was not swept between guests. The shampoo and body wash bottles were completely empty and I didn't bring my own body wash because I expect all hotels to provide a small bar soap at a minimum, so I had to use the hand soap in my shower the first night. Also, I recieved MANY messages from the hotel during my stay which all ended with something along the lines of "message us with any questions" but when I did message a quick question about how to pick up the parking pass that they've mentioned many times, I never got a reply, thankfully I did not ever receive a parking ticket!

Beautiful appartement right by the ocean. It's modern and clean and has a well-equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook food during your stay. Check-in was easy and all went smooth. I really enjoyed staying here in Oceanside.

I think the price was a bit on the high end, but that's probably because of the great location. A minor point is that it takes about 5 minutes for the shower to get warm and the water pressure is very low. Not a big deal, but something that might be improved upon.
