Excellent location! Vey convenient to everything in Oceanside. Comfy bed! Quieter than we anticipated, especially with the room fan provided. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of hot water. Great deck.

Excellent location you can be on the sand in 30 seconds. You can walk to town too.

This is my second visit and it was not as amazing as the first. It’s a beautiful property with ocean steps away from the door. Great shops, sites and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Contact with a person was difficult/non existent. 1/2 a roll of tp left, zero response when requested more. Dirty dishes because cleaning staff relies on the previous guests to wash for the next. A cleaning fee. Sand on the floor. Dirty towels and holes in the bedding.

Outdated circuitry was an issue with the cook top and microwave unable to run simultaneously. Shower and bathroom overall is very close quarters.

This place was well kept. Absolutely loved everything about it

You cannot beat being right on the beach. The patio was nice to sit at and relax. It’s close enough to lots of restaurants but far enough way that it’s not super noisy. I will definitely be back!

The garage is definitely tight, it works for sedans and some more compact SUVs
