Awesome stay. The caretakers were very helpful. They took care of almost all things needed. Very peaceful too. 100% recommend.

The staff were wonderful, very accommodating and kind. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great! Would reccomend people to stay here.

Unfortunatley the swimming pool was being repaired and we didn’t know that at the time of booking. Luckily the friendliness of the staff and the cold weather meant we didn’t miss it too much and still had a great time staying there.

The rooms were very clean with a large comfortable bed and good size bathroom. We didn't use the pool as it was cold and rainy but the pool area looked nice. The hotel is well located and has a really nice view out onto the river.

The staff were friendly and helped us rent a motorbike for a good price but sometimes we couldn't find the staff when we needed to ask something. We hadn't realised until we checked the booking but we actually had breakfast included in our stay. Nobody ever offered or mentioned a breakfast until our last night (when we were leaving at 6am the next day) so we didn't have any. It was still good value without the breakfast so we didn't complain but maybe something to improve on.

Able to see great views of the mountains from the property grounds. The AC in my room was one of if not the best functioning AC unit I’ve come across in Vietnam. The bedroom & bathroom were also amongst the cleanest I’ve boarded in. The shower heads were also the best functioning of all hostels/hotels I’ve stayed at, the water pressure is hands down the best I’ve encountered as well.

Pool was lovely, views were gorgeous, location was good.

Bugs literally everywhere, no receptionist, would have been nice to have a fridge. Price seems too high for what it was.
