Jade Hotel

Lovely stay thank you so much! The owner was incredibly friendly and catered for our every need. Checked in at 3am, made us breakfast at whatever time we wanted - when we got up late after 10am/when we needed to leave before 7am. Fresh water and towels provided when staying another day. New hotel so facilities are in all working order and fairly new. Nice shower and bed.

Not many others staying here which we didn't mind as we just wanted a base to sleep when we were walking/exploring the local area but if you want some atmosphere I would go elsewhere.

Very nice and friendly family who gave us good service without any problems. Laundry service and free simple breakfast. Google translate is a must, but for us that is not a problem. Good beds and rooms are nice and clean.

Hotel is off the main road down a dark, intimidating alley. Hotel is very bare and lacks any standards you’d expect in a 21st century hotel. So much better options available at similar prices. We were the only guests there which didn’t help.

Stunning location with beautiful views, we had a river view room. The pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and minded our bags while we went on a trek. Communication was supported by the owner via what’s app at any time. Breakfast was simple with an egg and bread. Easy short walk to the restaurants & market/shops, passing homes with the happiest kids on earth!

After a very quiet first night stay being mostly empty, the second night the hotel was completely full, as was the pool..& all the guests (a huge family group?) entertained at the hotel with karaoke going till very late. It was ear piercingly loud. If we hadn’t been waking early the next day for our trek it may not have been such a problem. Like other reviews the rooms would benefit from some furniture.

Location was good, views of the river very nice. Hotel and swimming pool were very beautiful. Staff is nice. Price was reasonable. Room and bed were very big.

The room, although very big, lacked furniture. It only had a very big bed, one bedside table and a coat rack, so we had to put most of our things on the floor (and there are small ants and lizards, which is totally undestandable because it is near the jungle). I strongly suggest adding, at the very least, another bedside table and a table. Maybe even a chair and a closet.

We were the only people staying and the property had an eerie quiet vibe. Despite being the only people, they still put us in the room furthest from the river, above reception. It would have been so easy to put us in a nicer room. There was no bedside lamp, only harsh white lights. They close the gate about 11pm without warning, meaning we had to climb over it one time!

Kids running up and down the fire escape at night, generally noisy as open plan, but this didn't help.

Jade supported to carry me and my luggage from another hotel. they welcomed me. big room. they had everything except rug in front of bathroom door and no fridge. the staff were friendly, their food is tasty but overpriced and also their hygiene was not very good a bit when things laid down on the ground and breakfast wasn’t ready even tho I came down for breakfast at 7:30am
