"Central location and friendly staff."

Nothing fancy but excellent value. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Central location with parking. Room was quiet with tea/coffee/water in room.

I would struggle to moan which is unusual.

"Excellent, would stay again if in the area"

I missed the car park , and parked on a road. Jill, the landlady offered to come to my car on a dark rainy night , and direct me to the car park. Much appreciated. The room was comfy and the whole place spotless. Breakfast was excellent..

"Lovely location in Pickering"

Lovely staff.Our room was cosy and comfortable toiletries provided snd even a pen with my name on.Location very central.Onsite free parking.Bar really nice and the food delicious.
