our visit and stay everything was perfect. - Only one Suggestion regarding Food Service it is little faster service would be really appreciate. Food was excellent to tast tough - worth waiting.

This Hotel is a far cry from an actual hotel, this hotel is in a convention center and is a small part of the the large area. If you have a wedding or a convention during your stay, GOD HELP YOU, unfortunately we had a wedding on the same day and the staff were not even sensible enough to separate the floors for convention guests and regular guests, we had people getting confused for their rooms and knocking and ringing our room bell at odd hours. it was a harrowing experience, the hotel staff had absolutely no control over them. Room was big and decent, There is only one restaurant, its ok, no other other facilities are available. We had a good experience in Southern comforts in Mysore and that experience led us to book here, but this was a disappointment, will not stay here again.

Excellent for family stay. Good food. Very courteous staff.

Good location value for money.

Main entrance and reception is not visible as many other facilities are in the same compound.
