Average. Staff very helpful especially Ekta, the restaurant staff and housekeeping. Would like them to work on the bed linen and towels which are badly stained and dirty. We carried our own towels and bedsheet.Will give another try next time.

They charged us more than on this site....they didn't provide an extra mattress... no dental kit... while booking, it was 5500 +550, and on reaching the property, they took 6500, which is totally fraud...

Breakfast was ordinary. Service was sluggish and communication and responsiveness was mediocre

The check-in was unpleasant because the reception went on insisting that two rooms meant two double beds whereas in the booking protocol, I had indicated three adults and two kids aged 13 and 10. The executive at the reception went on arguing that two rooms meant two large beds and he was not obliged to provide separate sleeping facility for 5 individuals.
