The location is incredibly beautiful; you can watch everything from the hotel, such as the elephants bathing, etc. The pool is also very nice and has a great backdrop. The staff was friendly. Restaurant breakfast was good.

Our rooms were disgusting and smelled awful. Despite reporting this, nothing was done. For the price, you should expect better hygiene standards. Not even the hallway was swept, and in the evenings, employees sat in front of the door chatting. Furthermore, there was a wedding hall above us that was noisy. We were not satisfied! The hotel could do better.

Die Unterkunft lag direkt am Fluss wo die Elefanten baden, allein dieses Bild war toll. Das Zimmer und Bad waren zweckmäßig ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage, und es war sauber. Auch der Pool war sehr schön, es gab sogar einen kleinen Kinderpool.

Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, aber ich fand es furchtbar, dass gegen Geld Elefanten gewaschen und auf ihnen gesessen wurde, nur um schöne Fotos zu machen! Ansonsten hat es im Zimmer komisch gerochen, was vermutlich aus dem Bad kam…

Best location in Pinnawella to see the Elephants. You can see the elephants bathing from your room balcony. You can book and give a bath to the elephants in the same river they have their morning bath. If any one love authentic Sri Lankan breakfast this hotel offer all the available Sri Lankan breakfast Items in their morning breakfast. All staff are Friendly and Helpful. Food also reasonably priced for ordering.

Only disadvantage is hotel does not offer room delivery from restaurant.

Ubytování bylo na hezkém místě, výhled na slony byl zážitek. Personál byl milý. Ubytování je skromné. Za ty peníze si myslím, že to neodpovídá.

Je to místo, kde za peníze se pro vás rozdají, otázka je, jestli je to správné. Sloni jsou krásní a doufám, že mají dobré podmínky. Trošku nám to tu přišlo jako turistická past, což jsme nevěděli.
