George Borrow Hotel

All staff were extremely helpful. Really hot weather at the time and they had been out and bought a fan especially for the room. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent.

Accueil familial, très agréable. Toute la famille y travaille et tout le monde est aux petits soins. La chambre était correcte et confortable et le petit déjeuner très bon. J’ai passé un bon moment, entouré de paysages superbes !

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some parts of the building were quite dated and scruffy e.g. pool table room.

Room was smaller than expected.

Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Lekker ontbijt + diner. Ook het gevraagde lunchpakket was voortreffelijk.

De kamer lijkt niet op de kamer die we bij Booking.com op de site gezien hebben! Deze kamer was klein en ook de badkamer was erg klein. Alles is wel toe aan 'n renovatie.

Family run, hospitable and comfortable with a fantastic breakfast. Small issue on arrival with room allocation, which was dealt with in a timely and respectful manner by the host. Yes the hotel needs investment in new carpets etc but for the price we were more than happy.

Very good value, well situated for motorcycle routes. The staff were very friendly and very flexible and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The barn for storing motorcycles securely was a bonus. The food was very good and portions were generous. This was my first stay at the property and it will not be my last.
