"Great stop in this comfortable, clean and welcoming old coaching inn"

9.0

Lovely old coaching inn. Very welcoming family run hotel. The room I had on the top floor was very modern and clean. Food was good and service very attentive. I was on a motorcycle and I was offered use of the garage to store it which was most welcome. And the view from the dining room window was fab. Nice place, nice people, I will be back.

The downstairs layout is a little old fashioned but that is of little importance.

Every thing was done with care and customer focus. Good beer, nice wine, the food was excellent. Nothing to dislike about the service. To some the decor will seem a little dated but that’s not the point, the owners are keeping an historic building alive in very challenging circumstances. I wish them every success and will definitely stay again.

Very little.

"It was a lovely little hotel up high in the mountains of Wales where you could relax and do you."

8.0

The location. Bed was comfy and the view. Well fab

nothing really. the room was a little stuffy at night, but that was because weather had been so hot. A fan was supplied in the room and honestly I just opened the window. There was cooking smells from downstairs but it is a b & b so this is to be expected.
