Good food, friendly staff , value for money

Bedroom bit dated , radiator did not work

Staff are excellent big shot out to Luke the barman and. the chef who made us lovely sandwiches after the kitchen was closed and we arrived late

Room was extremely cold and very hard to get a nights sleep with the traffic passing even tho it had double glazing

Staff were fantastic, lovely modern room

Furniture in bedroom totally outdated..back falling off wardrobe. Breakfast was terrible..very little cereal..no fruit..bacon was half cooked ..fat and cold. Sausages were also cold and fried egg was like a rubber disc. If you pay the money you deserve the value. Very disappointing as had stayed here before and it was ok.

Food was really good, Bar / Restaurant staff were really polite and friendly. Location was spot on.

When I arrived, there was no one at reception, and I was left waiting for 10 mins until the staff member who saw me arrive finished whatever he was eating and decided to check me in. When he did check me in, he gave me the room card and told me the room number, and that was it; no other conversation or information was conveyed. It really annoyed me, as that is the complete opposite of customer care, and that man should not be manning reception!! The rooms are also a bit dated and could do with a lick of paint.

Es war alles wunderbar. Gutes Bett, gut geschlafen, Spitze frühstück. Wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Ideally situated for where we needed to be. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

There was nothing to dislike.
