"Great stay on our way to Dublin!"

Sadly we got in too late to have dinner but the breakfast was lovely. Generous portions and I even had a latte! Bed was comfy and good water pressure.

Furnishings are a bit dated.

"Food was great the rooms are in need of a total upgrade if you are in the area stay in Athlone"

We had an evening meal and it was excellent,Breakfast was also excellent.We found the staff helpful and attentive.

The location is too far to walk back into town, the room was very basic and in need of a total make over, the bathroom is very tired and needs replaced and the bedroom furniture should be put in a skip.
