La ubicación estaba bien

El agua solo era fría no funcionaba la caliente o no había no se, el teléfono que nos dijeron usáramos para reportar esto está muerto no tenía tono, al check out nos tuvieron buen rato esperando

Douche chaude et proximité du restaurant.

Prix différents pour résidents et étrangers. Devoir attendre qu’on vérifie le mini-bar avant de pouvoir quitter alors qu’on a dû laisser un dépôt de sécurité. Première fois que je vois ça.

Location is excellent Restaurant is amazing Specializing in Pizza but may be the best Pizza you ever eat. Staff in restaurant are very special.

"Mejorar controles de televisores"

Limpio, ubicación, personal atento, muy tranquilo

No pude usar el televisor porque el control no servía y los botones manuales no eran muy versátiles Llame a recepción y pienso que por falta de personal me dijeron que no me podían dar soporte que solo cambiará las baterías del control de AC pero tampoco funcionó

Il personale del ricevimento è super attento e cordiale.

Il problema si è verificato con il responsabile del ristorante, io e mio marito siamo andati a ordinare una pizza da asporto e io immediatamente ho informato il cameriere che sono severamente intollerante al basilico ,il cameriere ci ha informato che la salsa di pomodoro era stata condita con il basilico, quindi io molto serenamente ho chiesto se fosse possibile avere una pizza solo con la salsa di pomodoro 🍅. Volete sapere cosa mi ha risposto il responsabile del ristorante?Purtroppo non abbiamo più salsa di pomodoro, quando sopra alla vetrina dei prodotti Italiani era tuttavia presente una latta di passata di kg 2.5 della marca O'sole Napule. E con questo chiudo,non mi piace essere trattata come una stupida.

Instalaciones lindas, personal amable y comida deliciosa

Mejorar la puntualidad de la hora q sirven los desayunos (el segundo día lo sirvieron hasta las 7 AM pero indican q es a partir de las 6:30 AM )
