I have been staying at this property for over ten years and have never had a bad stay until this time. We had to leave early on the morning and tried checking out. We waited 20 minutes to have them check our room and we finally left after they still had not checked it. I later tried making another reservation and they reported an “incident” and would not let me make a reservation. When I messaged them they alleged I stole a towel and attempted charging my card. I never took anything and cannot believe they will not let me stay there again over a towel I never stole and attempted to charge me for it. When I reached out to them they told me to email management which I did explaining the situation and asking for them to please respond in 24 hours which they never did. It’s very concerning they would try and say I stole a towel and attempt to charge my card for something I never took and to prevent me from staying w them again. I’d love to be able to stay again and have a better experience but the lack of professionalism is astounding. I have never in my life been told I’m a thief and am still in disbelief they will not let me stay there over a towel I never took.

They tried to charge my card claiming I stole a towel and then refuse to allow me to stay at the property again. While management has failed to communicate w me to try and resolve this issue.
