I left my journal in the room, called back the next day and didn’t get back to me journal had all my passwords, confirmation codes personal data to all my accounts. They said they would contact the people that clean the room, but never got back to me
AUThe staff, extremely helpful even though we didn’t speak any Spanish. Breakfast was taste and plentiful with good service. Location is excellent. 2 minutes to the main square and restaurants. Beautiful building with a funky vibe. Aircon worked well.
Unfortunately a few things come to mind. The building is in desperate need of some TLC. On the surface the hotels appears somewhat clean though it can do with a good scrub. The room was what we booked, except for the balcony that was only an open walkway to other rooms.The bed uncomfortable. The pillows very uncomfortable. The bathroom had sewage smell constantly, covering drainage with floor mat helped. All sorts of noise went all night. Woken in morning, what appeared to be locals having breakfast, laughing loudly and playing table tennis @7am. The shower has only cold water, if lucky enough to get water. If so hardly any pressure. This is common throughout CA though this was the coldest and worst shower I had in 6 weeks of travel. The front desk was often unattended and door remained open, could be a security risk. The room only cleaned if requested.
USUSLocation is fantastic just off main square, and view of cathedral from stairwell. Staff were helpful. Large room with good AC.
The room is as appears in photos, but in reality it looks a bit more run-down--it's not inaccurate, just worn. The roof (aluminum I guess) is extremely noisy in rain.

IEUSThis was a well-situated stay near several dining and sightseeing places. We appreciate the complimentary drinking water and all-day coffee offer. The room itself is spacious for a couple's stay and there's an on-site restaurant and bar for when you're not planning to step out. Laundry service is offered.
This was not the fault of the staff, but it sometimes felt like they were short-staffed and we found ourselves looking for someone to inquire about shuttle service, etc.

The room needs some paint and it wasn’t as shown in the pictures, which can be easily fixed.
