Easy check in, friendly staff. Good location for the airport.

The building is old and dirty, the carpet on the corridor is disgusting. The apartment is privately owned and does not have a proper lock, making me feel super uncomfortable. It was not clean and did not have amenities such as shampoo and conditioner (basic for hotels). The transfer is not free for people who book through privately owned apartments, even though the announcement says it is. I would never stay in this place again.

"no water!"

no water in the room when I arrived at 1 am after long flight and no shops anywhere to buy. a simple thing but made my stay change from a “very good” to a “very bad”. simple R$10 bottle in the room for guests would make such a difference!
