We booked the hotel because it states that it is in front of the airport; however, that is actually not the case. on the day of our arrival we received an email saying not to use the overpass that crosses the street due to safety/crime but that a shuttle with arrival every 30 minutes would pick us up. We waited almost an hour for a shuttle to arrive. When one finally did, we didn't take it, only to learn later that the hotel had changed its name. We caught a taxi to the hotel and were informed by the taxi driver that the hotel has changed its name several times in the past and does not have a good reputation. Finally, the hotel is not "across the street from the airport" and, although a short drive, is not easily walked, especially with luggage and due to safety/crime in the area. The hotel advertisement does not convey this.
