The Sanctuary Residence

The staff is very attentive and the service is great. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was delicious. The pool is clean and nice. We also got bathrobes and towels for the pool at the hotel. Because of the hot weather the water in the pool was comfortably warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We got all the hygienic essentials in the rooms. At the checkout we even got a farewell gift.

Broken toilet

Tucked away in a quiet lane way in Siem Reap lies the Sanctuary Residence Hotel. Close to main road into Siem Reap but far enough to maintain a quiet ambience. Great room with all mod cons, king double bed etc. Outdoor pool kept clean but warm water due to climate at this time. Bar offers happy hour after 4pm daily only on cocktails...😢...Tuk tuks base out front for transport to anywhere and everywhere. Staff understand if you speak clearly and slowly, as most only have English as second language....

Very friendly staff and very helpful, the room is very clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, has a lovely pool that is well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay and very well recommend to all travellers. You could also order food from the menu there, has a breakfast and lunch menu. Nonetheless the food are tasty

We held a 10-day conference for 40 people and found these facilities to be absolutely excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. Food was excellent. The meeting room is one of the nicest larger meeting rooms in Siem Reap and is reasonably priced for a package deal which includes the large meeting room, lunch, and two snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for your conference or vacation needs.

Stayed at The Sanctuary Residence Hotel for 14 days whilst attending a training seminar that was held there. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. The room was well provided for, large and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing with areas to chill and a particularly lovely pool that was well maintained. We had full board and were fed really well with local foods. The conference facilities were very good with a large meeting room comfortably fitting over 50 people for workshops. We also used other smaller rooms. We have provisionally re booked the hotel for a future event. Final the location worked really well for us to be able to explore the town.
