部屋履き用のスリッパ(使い捨て)直ぐに破れて不安定でした ロビーの飲み物のセルフのサービス　利用したい時間帯は皆同じで　混んでいて利用できなかった

エアコンが部屋干し臭とほこりが見え、気分悪くなった。 部屋を変えてもらったが、当初の希望と違い窓からは隣りのビルしか見えず残念だった。

フロントが2階なので、外に出ると毎回2階を経由しなければならず、ちょっと面倒だった
