Lovely Biergarden, big room with a lot of space, nice and friendly woman in the reception.

The restaurant staff were polite but slow and inflexible. It took over an hour to get the pizzas,, but not a word about a delay or an excuse. As they seem to have run out of artichokes, I got heaps of onion instead. Not nice. They got the dessert wrong, which was my fault according to them... The breakfast lady was super inflexible and borderline rude. We are disappointed, as the previous reviews gave a completely different picture.

Nice people, lovely place, good food. Excellent from arrival to departure.

I choose this place because I saw on the reviews that they accept late check in, that they can put your key in a box so you can pick it up later. The day I was supposed to arrive, I called them several times, nobody answered, I left them messages via Booking.com and on the answering machine. They called me back 4-5 hours later by the closing time, I guess, I couldn’t answer because I was attending to a concert. Anyway , they left me a message to call them back. I expected that they will send me a message with the code or instructions about where to find the key. When we arrive everything was closed we were lucky with some other guest who helped us to talk to the owner which was almost angry for us not calling back. I feel that we were very close to be left out. The reception closes at 22.00 or 23.00, I’m not sure. So, if you plan to come late is better to make all the arrangements in time.
