Gasthof Schönau

I didn’t like, just the maids who came to get ready the room were great, thanks them!

I have booked the hotel last minute as we need to stop for the night. The reception staff (same as restaurant) were rude and got kind of upset we didn’t book in advance and we didn’t speak German. We got room which was prepared for 1 not 4 people. The sofa bed was not prepared and we could see how dusty/ dirty it was. Thankfully the nice and kind maid prepare the bed and use a protection sheet to cover the sofa, made the bed and rearranged the room for 4. The breakfast was not too good neither (few option and not kind at all)

Location near the highway is very convenient. We traveled here on tour from Luxembourg to Prague and stayed here 1 night. The room was in the new part and as shown on the pictures. The restaurant was great and offered good prices for a decent meal, so no need to look for another place to eat on this stop.

The sleeping couch was as hard as table and short (180cm). Only suitable for small childeren, but not suitable for regular teens. Since everybody was in the same room, going to sleep is all on the same time and waking up as well. Would advise to book 2 separate rooms with normal beds next time.
