Bit too central when you’re there for work and not leisure - too noisy!!

C’est très spacieux et l’endroit est propre.

Il est indiqué que c’est bruyant dès mardi. Nous sommes arrivés tard, lundi soir. Sortie de pub, et des adolescents de 17/18 ans complètement ivres. J’ai failli me battre avec l’un d’entre eux. Lieu pas très sûr et il y a eu du bruit jusqu’à 1h30/2h du matin Toilettes et douches sur palier à l’étage.

Room was well-presented and clean. The self-check in process was quick and easy. I did check out late, as I mistakenly only booked for two nights instead of three, which bit apologised for, and the housekeeping staff were very understanding. The location is very good, right in the centre of Worcester, though be aware it is next to numerous pubs and bars, so it isn't a quiet area.

There was a folder with information about the hotel in the room, this had instructions for the coffee machine, however there was no coffee machine in the room. On the WiFi section, it simply said to refer to to the WiFi sign in the room. I searched high and low, but there was no WiFi information to be found. I did ask at the adjoining bar, which is part of the hotel, however the bartender did not know the password and said the information should be in my room. Consequently I couldn't access the WiFi during my stay. There were tea bags in the room, however they were loose and unlabelled, so it was unclear what the difference was, which were decaf and which weren't. The room was comfortable, clean and nice, however it did feel more like a bedroom in someone's house rather than a hotel room in a boutique hotel, in terms of decor and furnishings etc. This wasn't a problem for me, but something to be aware of.

As in city centre, the noise at night from bars etc til early hours, and then again from 7 in the morning with deliveries to shops as in main high street. Also paid for early check in, but that wasn’t passed onto cleaning team so had to chase up to get in

The bed was amazing it was so comfy
