I didn't get into my room so can't really say what I liked. The location is great.

I didn't get the code for the key safe at the time I was supposed to so I had to make numerous phone calls and leave messages. Finally got a return call and managed to get the key code. When I opened the key safe it was empty. I went to the adjoining bar next door and the bar staff couldn't get in touch with anyone. I couldn't get in touch with anyone so was left without a room. It took a number of days before anyone contacted me and they approx a month before I got a refund. Booking.com were also absolutely no help. They basically said there was nothing I could do because I didn't contact them at the time.

The location was OK.

Accommodation was central however this made it rather loud, this however was the least of our problems. The room was extremely uncomfortably hot and the entrance very badly lit so I injured myself twice on the staircase, we did not see a member of staff our entire 3 day stay. I saved the worst for last the 'apartment" had a shared bathroom with 3 other double rooms so as a family of 4 with 2 young children this was pretty unbearable. Would not recommend.

The room was big enough, kitchen is great it was everthing for cooking.

The kitchen equipments were not clean enough, also the washbowl and there was no dishwasher cleaning tablet or any cleaning gel, sponge was dirty. Also the biggest problem was about bathroom, it wasn't private bathroom it was common use with 3 room and cleaning period was not enough There was no shampoo in bathroom.

Easy check in and checkout. Great location. Lovely room and facilities.

We turned up on the hottest day of the year and it was absolutely roasting on the top floor and the room didn’t have a fan so we didn’t sleep well at all. Having an optional fan would have been great.
