Convenient and tucked away so not to much noise. Room was very clean, and bathroom was lovely. Bed was comfortable and big. They provide a fan so although it did get warm of a night the fan helps and was readily available. Self check in was easy and convenient. Good use of space. Cleaner seemed friendly. All in all will stay again when in area, nice hotel.

On the sky channels alot of the films you had to pay for WiFi wasn't the best and didn't work alot of the time Parking is 5-10 minutes away There were alot of stairs so although no issue for us it night be difficult for some, the entrance light also wasn't working so at night it was pitch black until you went to the stairs But other than a few nitty picky bits I think it was good value for money and we enjoyed the stay as a whole.

Good location, quirky building

There was no WiFi log in provided, then a slow response from management, then finally got the log in the next day, only to discover that the wifi was not actually working at all. Waited all day but no response from management on a resolution. On top of that, the room wasn't particularly clean. There was a used condom packet on the floor just under the bed, wipeable toothpaste marks on the wooden shelves in the bathroom and stains on the carpet and blinds. The essentials were clean, but overall the room needs a thorough deep clean.

Loved it all, from the clear check-in in instructions, to easy very reasonably priced parking really close by Location is fab!! Comfiest bed ever, great Sky tv, super modern digital shower and Bar 22 next door sealed the deal, stunning Long Island Iced teas (not stupid prices for a town centre) had the best burgers ever there, then watched a fab guitar singer (Jack Forster) who was brilliant and played so many songs we like so well! Tea, coffee, juice, eggs Benedict and scrambled egg and salmon before we sadly left Customer service was spot on and we felt very welcomed and looked after Would definitely stay again!
