The room was tiny, the TV remote didn't work, the bed was just shoved against a window, the decor was tired, it was opposite a pub blasting out music until 2am. Definitely wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I saw comments regarding WiFi previously, people not getting the password or connection was bad. I also noted there is a higher price room option for fast WiFi. I sent a question to the property prior to booking for clarity on this topic (maybe the other reviews didn’t pay for WiFi so they didn’t receive the password was my thoughts) The company didn’t respond to my question in time so I paid the higher price hoping it would ensure I have a working connection I did receive a WiFi password in my room and the connection was absolutely useless I ended up hot spitting on my phone. I work at 6am I didn’t bother raising queries to the property while there since they ignored my initial one anyway. When asked to leave a review I thought I’d clear it up and request the extra payment for the ‘high speed WiFi’ to at least be refunded. After speaking to them through booking.com I was told I didn’t ask a question (I proved I did then was told well this was general not related to your booking … ok so it’s then fine to be ignored?!) No partial refund is available but I was offered 10% off future but so disappointed with the morales of this place I wouldnt bother booking again. Was also told if id complained during my stay they have special WiFi connections available for such issues (so they know and they charge extra but this is withheld until complained about ..: what?!) Crappy service and weird system for WiFi overall… can’t figure it out but don’t waste your money

The bed was not changed there was a lot of dirt and hair and a pair of men’s dirty underwear in the sheets. Disgusting.
