Riize Boutique Hotel Worcester Self Check-in City Centre

The location was excellent with access to the city center right on your doorstep. The concept of minimal interaction with messaging and lock boxes for keys ibeing the model needs some ironing out.

Breakfast was meant to be included but was on available at weekends. Rooms are not serviced every day..

The location was perfect. it was easy to access the keys on arrival due to it being unmanned. Clean and tidy room , value for money would stay again.

Bar was expensive Room stunk of cannabis Was not clean behind cupboards and there was an old orange and dirt behind TV

Please supply tea as well as coffee, and have four mugs if the room is for four people!

The room was decorated nicely, tv was large with good access to streaming

The room was up multiple narrow flights of stairs, we arrived at night and had to use our phone torch as the stairs were not lit. The bathroom window was smashed so shards of glass were stuck out and the window was stuck open. As the window could not close and it is on a busy street with bars, we could not sleep due to the street noise of shouting, loud music and also the smell of cigarettes from below. No response from the hotel about this. Filthy under the bed as well

Room was clean and the sofa and bed were very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Great location and checkin was really easy

Nice location. Central and self check-in was straightforward.

The automatic lights on the steep stairs up from the door do not turn on until you are part way up the stairs. As there is no natural light, I recommend the automated light switch is moved
