Last night we stayed at Riize apartments in Worcester, it was a truly terrible experience. See below the reasons: 1) the top ( 14) room facing Main Street - was above a very loud late night bar, which kept us up until 2:30 am, very very bad night sleep. (My wife and I could not believe the volume ) 2) the window was only able to open 2 inches , then slid down ( so no air flow) 3 ) the superior double bed was far from superior, it was a 3/4 size and had only ONE side accessible ( , I am 6ft 4, so my head touched the head board and wall at base) / I thought the description of room was dishonest , so therefore would like to request a FULL refund, before I give this a terrible rating. I also question how this room was safe in an event of fire with no was access to a fully opening window. kind regards, Dan Gould
