Decorated beautifully and good location.

Unclean Poor service, lack of iron and no help in resolving the issue despite being told one would be brought in.

Loved the location size of room and easy to check in Liked the huge tv and hairdryer wss good. Bed was OK see below !!!. Easy to check out too Bed linen good quality and loved the electric shower Recommend cadena bar for tapas and cocktails

The room was slanted, and we stayed in room 13 . The bed was also on a slant so you felt strange. Our room overlooked the bar outside terrace next door, and it was so noisy we could not leave our window open. It was very hot in the room.

Location was good

The entrance was badly lit and the lights on the stairs very poor and did not come on till halfway so very dangerous Booked a superior room which the room was in no stretch of the imagination a superior room it stated in the facilities that there was a fridge and an iron and ironing board there was a hand held steamer, I also found a pair of knickers in the drawer so obviously not cleaned and checked properly my husband sat on the bed and it collapsed we couldn’t contact anyone on the contact numbers We managed to speak to the bar staff at the bar next door and they contacted the manager, We were moved to another room which smelt of damp and was quite noisy from the bar garden below. Our evening was spoiled as we were delayed with trying to sort out things and we had problems getting into the restaurant because of the delay in getting there. We requested some compensation and was told that they couldn’t deal with that because we had booked via booking.com. In conclusion this is not a place if you have mobility issues as the stairs are steep and badly lit. Speaking with several other guests they all had issues of varying degrees too

Large clean, easily accessible with good facilities having the nearby was a good additional perk
