"Excellent stay at Kivotos Santorini"

Our stay at Kivotos Santorini was excellent! The view was incredible from our hideaway suite and the whole hotel. We had a delicious breakfast every morning that you could choose from multiple options - all very good. The service was second to none. Everything was easy - the front desk arranged private transfers for us throughout our stay and we had communication with them via whatsapp for instant service. When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and complimentary chilled bottle of wine in our room with other items, and everyone was so friendly throughout our stay. The room was also excellent and was tidied every morning while we were at breakfast. They had an evening service if you wished with a complimentary dessert, too. We really enjoyed our time there and didn't want to leave our suite hardly with the incredible view! I would recommend Kivotos to anyone!

"Captured the Caldera feeling, with some drawbacks regarding comfort."

An original, worth-having experience, with a spectacular view and a cave-like lodging. One of the best options to capture the spirit of the caldera side of the island.

The pool needs refurbishing. The sun umbrellas at the pool were not opened exactly when the sun burned most. They mentioned wind reasons, however the wind was really soft, so anyway a better solution must be found.

"Pleasant stay in a special design suite"

The property is on the top of Imerovigli, with a great view from the Restaurant or even from the Suite. The design of the suite was special, we had a great view, yet high level of privacy Everyone was nice and helpful. It‘s harder to find a parking place in front of the property, but the staff would park the car for you
